menu consultation with a Member of our Simply Food by Maura Team.
Maura also offers a free design consultation to discuss décor,theming, and additional rentals for your event.
Colonial Hall Room Rentals Range from $175 – $500 (Seasonal rates between: May 1-Nov.1)
– All food prices quoted are subject to 7.00% NYS sales tax and a 20% Lodge Operations Charge.
– Colonial Hall is booked for 5 hours.
– Colonial Hall Booking includes a Simply Food by Maura Event Coordinator!
– Colonial Hall Booking includes tables, chairs, dance floor, plates, cutlery & glasses.
– Colonial Hall seats 175 Guests.
– Use of Bridal & Groom suites downstairs.
– Use of Sound System, Microphones, and Mounted Televisions with HDMI hook-up available at additional cost. – Use of outdoor patio and gazebo. Use of Lawn available at additional cost.
– On-premises indoor or outdoor ceremonies receive an additional 30 minutes at no extra cost.
– Private Parking Lot.
